Estimates

Any figure produced by the intake assistant is an indicative range, not a quote. Final pricing is set in a written proposal after we understand the scope.

Scope and changes

Each project starts from an agreed scope and timeline. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts, so there are no surprise invoices.

Payment

Projects are billed in milestones, typically an upfront payment to begin and the balance across agreed delivery stages. Invoices are due within 14 days.

Ownership

On full payment, you own the product code and assets we build for you. We keep the right to show the work publicly in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Third-party services, licences and infrastructure remain under their own terms.

Confidentiality

Anything you share with us about your business stays confidential. We are happy to sign your NDA before discussions begin.
